Satellite navigation systems as a source for determining the features of the radio waves propagation along ionospheric radio lines

The main space-time characteristics of inhomogeneities arising in ionospheric plasma are given. models the radio channel shown taking into account large, medium and small scales for navigation satellite systems. results measurements data processing these systems presented. It is that on propagation path can lead to strong signal fading. According depth fading, scintillation indices determined, values which allow them be attributed class weak-medium use second derivative phase signals made it possible attribute small-scale ones.
